RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Custom decals will be personally approved by you to ensure satisfaction, prior to print and ship. Refunds do not apply, once work is completed. Replacement is available for the following circumstances:
1. Your decal(s) was damaged during shipment, OR
2. Upon opening your decal, you observe print quality issues, such as smudges, scratches, OR the damage not originally noticed as a result of shipping (ie the portrait shows wrinkles
***IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION*** If damage is observed and a replacement is required, please take photos of the packaging, shipment label and the decal(s). Please immediately email rstamper@stamperdesigns.com. Please include the photos and as much information as possible regarding the damage. We will ensure a prompt response within 24 hours, and will take immediate action to rectify! Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
SHIPPING INFO
Stamper Designs does not print directly, rather, printing and shipping occurs direct from our decal printing service provider. Upon approval of your artwork/portait/decal, please expect your shipment to arrive in 7-10 days.
TURNAROUND
Upon completing your order (online, via email, or via phone), Stamper Designs will make every effort to begin your design of your decal with 72 hours. Please then allow another 24-48 hours to complete, and then 7-10 days for shipment. In many cases, we will personally reach out to you to gather additional details about your portrait.
