A Legal Disclaimer

Our Refund Policy is high-level.   At Stamper Designs, we are 100% committed to ensure you are more than satisfied with the work we do.   Although refunds are usually not accepted (due to the personalized work involved) we will do everything possible to ensure your purchase was successful and complete, as it was originally intended.

Refund Policy

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, once an order has been completed (meaning portrait is complete) we usually do not accept returns/refunds.

 

However, if you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you. This includes damage to your order thru shipping, or damage to your product observed once you open your package. If this is the case, please ensure you obtain pictures of the shipping package PRIOR to opening, as well as, damage to the product after opening. Please then email me at support@stamperdesigns.com. Please provide the Order # in the heading, along with mentioning a damaged order. In the body of the email, please include what was damaged, along with photos. We will ensure a prompt response and send another print out to to you. In this instances, we will reprint only, and not provide a refund, due to the fact that work has already been completed.

 

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!

OF NOTE:  If a refund is ultimately processed, please expect the refund to be credited back to your account within 7-10 days.
