A Legal Disclaimer

The explanations and information provided here are general shipping policy rules.  Shipping times and expectations vary based on order confirmation, completion and approval.   Additionally, the holiday season may bring shipping delays.  

Shipping Policy

Shipping occurs once, and after, your product (portrait/decal/artwork) has been approved and then printed.   Shipping usually occurs 3-5 days after approval of your artwork.   Please allow an additional 5-10 days in transport to the shipping address provided.  

What if my product arrives damaged?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, once an order has been completed (meaning portrait is complete) we do not accept returns/refunds.

 

However, if you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you. This includes damage to your order thru shipping, or damage to your product observed once you open your package. If this is the case, please ensure you obtain pictures of the shipping package PRIOR to opening, as well as, damage to the product after opening. Please then email me at support@stamperdesigns.com. Please provide the Order # in the heading, along with mentioning a damaged order. In the body of the email, please include what was damaged, along with photos. We will ensure a prompt response and send another print out to you. In this instances, we will reprint only, and not provide a refund, due to the fact that work has already been completed.

 

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!
