I began drawing at a very young age, creating mostly fantasy realm and waterfowl art, mainly as result of my obsession with both Dungeons and Dragons and Hunting. I continued drawing and picked up graphic design during my career as a police officer, way back in the early 90s'. I am 100% self-taught and can create just about anything, big or small. Throughout my entire career as a graphic designer and illustrator, one avenue I had yet to truly explore, was Pet Portraits. It took a very unfortunate event to get the the "pet portrait" train moving. Our beautiful and amazing dog, Balto, was diagnosed with an incurable disease in 2022. Knowing we had only so much time, creating memories through portraits was a calling I couldn't pass up. Balto passed away peacefully on September 2024, and the portrait you see here, was the first pet portrait I'd ever completed. Since that time, I have had the pleasure of designing 100's of portraits for pet lovers across the country and some overseas! Hello, my name is Ron Stamper. I’m a Delaware native and local artist and graphic designer, with 30+ years of experience. I specialize in custom portrait art, of ALL kinds. Through a blend of imagination and creativity, your portrait will come to life. I'm also a former New Castle County Police Officer and I am married to my amazing wife of 30 years, Amy. We have 3 wonderful sons and we are committed to providing quality portraits at reasonable costs, while also providing excellent customer service.
